Ensuite double room in lovely homely home

Two bright airy feeling bedrooms available on the top floor of a lovely house in Mutley.

The first is a double with a toilet and big wardrobe opposite and a gorgeous view. It is currently painted with a big mural but I'm happy for the new tenant to choose a colour for it to be painted, or if they want they can paint their own mural or wallpaper.

The second room is currently used as a study/living room so has loads of storage but tenant can choose a bed and mattress from IKEA which I will purchase before they move in.

House has big kitchen, living room, one bathroom and one shower room. Kitchen has a dishwasher and washer/dryer, we also bought a second freezer so everyone should have space. Cleaners (included in rent cost) come every other week to deep clean kitchen, bathroom and shared areas. The TV in the lounge has Amazon prime and Disney plus.

We do have a garden but I slightly gave up on it 🤦 so currently mostly weeds.

The current tenant has a gorgeous ex-guide dog called Raffles so although we are pet friendly any pets would need to be tolerant of him.

Friendly live out landlords live locally so can easily help with any issues. We understand life circumstances can be different so are flexible about references/guarantors/UC
