I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I am unable to attend university of Plymouth anymore.
The room is really large with a nice big window for the sunshade beautiful tree just outside the window if you like a bit of nature. There is a wardrobe, bedside table, a dresser and a study table and plenty of space!!!!
The bathroom is nearby there is a bathroom in each floor and 2 kitchens. The second kitchen is on the same floor as this room advertised.
The house is also ethnically diverse with quiet housemates in a lovely student populated neighbourhood.
