We supply either grey first photo or pink bedding, last photo. Bathroom also on the ground floor. Shared kitchen, starter items supplied. Lovely shared living room. It is £560 for a single person. Depisit £560.

Second Room available is an exstra large, unsplit double room shown near the end of the photos, ut has 2 double beds and a sofa, one bed can be removed if not required. Suit couple or 2 sharing, workers friends ect £800 per month = £400 each for 2 people. £700 for a single person. Deposit £600.

The house is in a quiet area of Lipson, other than most people walking by to work. Close to free tennis courts, football, a community hub and cafe, 5 mins walk to a Tesco & Coop 15/20 mins walk to the city center or The Mutley area, Uni and several Gyms. A few yards for bus links for the city.

No Smokers, Vapers or Pets please, this is a safe, QUIET, CLEAN living house. The usual deposits and references required, registered with the TDS scheem. Student or Working people prefered as others in the house work, although slight adaptions could be made for the right persons.
