Tenancy takeover

Hi, due to a change of circumstances I need someone to take over my tenancy on Ford Park Road for the months March/April 2026 - August 2026.

It's an extra large double room with an en-suite and only a 10/15 minute walk to campus. It's £147per week and all bills are included (water, gas, electricity) and it's a 3 bedroom house with a small rear garden that has a bench.

You get your own bathroom and it’s the attic room so it’s separate from all the other floors. It’s on a quiet street with Central Park only a 5 minute walk which is really nice.

It has a washing machine, dryer and all appliances needed.

The deposit has been paid for so what would be remaining would be £2450 for those months with a possibility for extension.

Everyone in the house is lovely and is currently studying/working. Viewings are possible if needed and I can send more pictures through.

Professionals are welcome but council tax would have to be paid if you’re not a student.
