The house is situated on a quiet, tree lined road and is not rowdy or studenty. It is a 10 minute walk to Mutley Plain, and 20 minutes to the University or City Centre. There is also a bus stop 1 minute from the house to take you further afield. It’s a really handy location for access to the University, City Centre, & Mount Gould Hospital and a few minutes drive away from the main A38 Devon Expressway. Parking is on the streets, no restrictions, no permits.

The house is fully furnished and has a quiet, friendly atmosphere. There is an open plan living area with a good sized kitchen/dining space, hob/oven, 4 fridge freezers (one tall double between two people plus a single fridge freezer), microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer etc, full gas central heating, 2 shower rooms with toilets and super fast WiFi to all rooms.

The room that is available is downstairs and situated towards the rear of the property. The room size is 4.2m x 3.6m.
It has been decorated in neutral colours and is furnished.
If you did want to bring any of your own furniture please let us know.
There is also a large attic for anything that you may want to store there.

The other tenants are 6 females all working professionals between the ages of 22 and 40.

The picture of the house gives you an idea of the type of property, classic 1900’s style with lots of original features like ceiling covings and fireplaces etc.

There is also a sunny rear garden with a sitting area and barbecue - with secure storage for a couple of bicycles. There is also internal bicycle storage down in the basement area should this be needed.

The house works well in terms of sharing of space and facilities and the use of the large kitchen and dining area.
The communal areas (kitchen, diner, hallway/landing/stairs and shower rooms) are cleaned once a fortnight.

The monthly rent of £500 includes all bills, water charges, council tax, WiFi, gas, electricity and tv licence.

Minimum of 6 months tenancy.

The deposit is £500.

The house is a licensed HMO.
