Due to a change in personal circumstances I am moving out and looking for a replacement tenant.

There is a newly renovated bathroom on the first floor with a bath and shower. Downstairs, there is a newly renovated shower room and separate WC. As the house is shared between 4 tenants, it means that each bathroom is only shared between 2 people.

The kitchen is spacious and includes a dining table, lots of cupboard space, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, hob with oven, Ninja airfryer, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The lounge is just off the kitchen and is furnished with a sofa and chairs, tv and door to the courtyard garden.

The house is located in a quiet street, only a few minutes walk from the shops, cafes & bars on Mutley Plain. It is only a 10 minute walk from the Uni and City Centre.

The house is inclusive of a private parking bay, located at the rear of the house.

All bills (gas, electric, water, council tax and WIFI) are included in the price of the rent.

The property is managed by a lovely, approachable and proactive Landlady.
