We are having to move due to my partner's work causing relocation. We are very sad to leave this flat, and know it can be someone else's home that they will love.
The flat is in Mutley, only a few minutes walk from the train station or Mutley plain. 10 minute walk into town or central park- it is an excellent location.
Managed by the best landlord we've ever had, who specializes in property for students 21+, however this property does not have any students in. We have never heard any of the neighbors and so it is a very quiet flat.
The road is peaceful and parking permits are easily purchased online for approx £50 per year.
Fully furnished with all kitchen utensils and crockery. Incredible storage.
Wifi included in the price.
We are flexible for move out date- ideally the end of March but this can be brought forward if required.
