Double Room in top flat on Barbican - Ocean views

Double room in my flat situated on the top floor of a historic building on the The Barbican. Newly renovated with an incredibly spacious living room with 6 windows overlooking the marina and the ocean.

Bills included except electricity and water which will be shared between myself and the lodger.

I often have to travel to London so for stretches of time you will have the flat all to yourself so you'd have a premium space in the area at a fraction of the cost. This means a high trust factor is required for this to work out.

You will be a 30 second walk to The Navy, Barracuda, Harbourside, etc.

Professionals preferred but can be flexible.
