One large double room with own bathroom available in a spacious, warm and friendly house which spreads across three floors. Double glazed throughout.

Outside, there’s a large decking area which is great in the summer, as well as a newly refurbished garage containing electric points, great for storing and charging electric bicycles.

You will be sharing with myself, my wife Jennifer and our one year old baby Leonardo. The house is so large and quiet that you will still have plenty of room for privacy or socialising as you choose (we have our own lounge and television).

Hermitage Road is in a very popular area of Mannamead, Plymouth. Close to the city centre and the University. (5 minutes by bus or car, 8 minutes to cycle, or 15/20 minutes to walk) and just a few minutes from the BBC. It’s also a very pleasant 12 minutes walk to the railway station.

Buses run every 5 mins to the city and direct to Derriford hospital every 10 mins throughout the day. Road parking is available and parking permits can be obtained from the council for £30 per year, if needed.

There are three great parks within walkable distance. Mutley and Thorn park within 2min walk and Central park within 10min walk.

All bills are included and all rooms have their own hi-speed internet connections and TV point. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. There is a very large (31 feet) shared newly refurbished kitchen/ diner/lounge, with a sofa, and TV.

Professional, non smokers preferred but mature students are welcome. English Portuguese and French languages spoken in the house. All nationalities welcome.

As well as bills, coffee, tea, toilet rolls and some other incidentals are included.

The most important thing for us, is to find someone who fits in and feels relaxed in the house. The last two lodgers stayed here for nearly five years.
