Full Sky Unlimited Wifi available throughout the house and garden area. There is public parking available at the front of the property but its a first come first in situation.

Property is hidden away from the hustle and bustle of town, yet only 10 to 15 mins walk from the city centre & university. 1-2 mins walk from the main bus routes. The local cycling and running routes leading onto the embankment and parks are just on the doorstep for those interested in running and cycling.

A clean, tidy and comfortable home, an ideal place to relax or Study. A really friendly house, current tenant is a female (30) studying acting at the theatre Royal. I am a ‘Live in landlord’ staying on the top floor with my own en-suite and I do work away frequently so I am after a trustworthy and respectful tenant.

Looking for Female tenants only due to the shared bathroom arrangement with other female tenant. A truly must see house with loads of wardroom space and storage. Great south facing garden that is a bit of a sun trap, and a great place to relax with outdoor amenities such as a BBQ and a Hot-tub that Tennant’s can use as much or as little as they like.
