Double room available in relaxed young professional house. 
Rent is £400 and includes all bills (and fast broadband). The rent also covers the cost of a cleaner for 4 hours per month.

The house is ideally located for a short walk to the city centre, university campus, train station and bus routes.

The room is large, and fully furnished with plenty of storage, modern furniture, solid oak floors, double glazing, freshly painted.


The house is shared with a dockyard engineer, student nurse, care home assistant and customer service advisor, who like to keep the place pretty tidy. 
Looking for either girls or guys, to keep it mixed.

There is permit parking in the street, a lovely garden, bike/surfboard secure storage. separate kitchen and lounge and 2 WC's. It's a nice big house that doesn't feel crowded.

Fast broadband, cable TV, recent bathroom and kitchen, big freezer, 2 fridges, washing machine and separate tumble dryer between the 4 rented out rooms. 
No DSS please. Smokers are welcome to smoke outside.
