We are looking for £650pm Inc bills and washing and drying of your clothes, towels and bedsheets.

We also have unlimited fibre WiFi 1gb Virgin WiFi.

We are in Palmerston street in Stoke. A quiet Road with Street parking, 8 min drive to Dockyard, 20 mins walk to town and university. 10 mins walk to the train station. 20 min drive to Derriford, There are some lovely parks within 5-10mins walk.

We are looking for a professional person who is a non smoker (or smokes outside only) with a preference of pet free tennant. Also preference will be given to those in a profession that requires a DBS. Full references will be required.
