We have 2 rooms available in a lovely 5 bedroom STUDENT house.

The house is located in Grafton Road, a quiet road within 10 minutes walk from the university, train station and city centre, making it a great location. it is also 5 minutes walk from the shops, cafes and bars in Mutley Plain.

The rooms available are good sized doubles and have recently been refurnished. The rent includes all bills.

The students in the house are all female and are aged between 19 and 24. They are friendly and easy going.

The house is maintained to a high standard. It features 5 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and a downstairs WC. All bedrooms are very spacious, double glazed and furnished to a high standard.

The kitchen/dining/lounge is the hub of the house and a great communal area. It is fitted with 32 inch flat screen TV. Bathrooms are modern and recently fitted. There is also an outdoor seating area.

All utility bills, superfast BT wireless broadband and TV licence are included.

There is on street parking.
