Large light airy furnished double room with ensuite shower room, good amounts of storage in a 3 bedroom house. Large windows with great south facing views across plympton.
Virgin cable tv in the room (need your own tv).
Ideally looking for a longer term roommate.
The house is located in a quiet part of Plympton, easy access to bus routes (20 & 21) 10 min walk to our local Aldi and a Tesco Metro a further couple min walk. The Lord Louis pub just a 15 minute stager home!. Central plympton so good access to A38 at either Chadlewood or Marshmills.
Plenty of free on street parking, shared areas include kitchen, dining room, spare room for hanging washing inside, large garden, with seating and including sheltered area.
Virgin TV and Broadband (WiFi)
Non smoking house. I do have an older cat hence can't allow other pets.

Single person wanted only, no couples.
Live in landlord. The house has solar pannels so is cheaper energy bills than the national average.
Bill contributions of approx 1/3rd of bills included with in rent*.
Rent is £600 per month but will consider weekly or 4 weekly equivalents. *Subject to review with energy bills and council tax rises, at least annually every April.
