I work a lot in hospitality and like to chill out at home, into gardening, cooking etc. probably will get chickens in future.
All bills included and you can use hot tub much as you like. Quite chilled out but do like to have a drink too. Not a party house but welcome to have friends over. Have a 4th bedroom for when my family comes over or your friends.
