Double Bed at Ridgeway, Plympton

We have a vacant double bedroom in our 3-bedroom, 1-bath house. We (our family) occupy the other two bedrooms. The vacant room has a bed, which can be used or removed.
The house is three stories. The rental bedroom and common areas are on the first floor (accessible by stairs from the ground floor). The washroom and our bedrooms are on the second floor. Common areas include a terrace and a spacious living, dining, and open kitchen. Appliances such as a refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, microwave, rice cooker, gas stove, and oven are available for use with proper maintenance.
The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Bus stop is located directly outside the house, and supermarkets, restaurants, bank & post office, gyms are within a 2-3 minute walk.
