Hello, I have a large , well lit double room with plenty of fitted cupboards , a large desk , TV and wifi. I have a garage which you are welcome to store a bicycle and there is always plenty of parking outside of the house. I have my own en-suite bathroom so the main bathroom will predominantly be yours to use. I have a large kitchen diner with washing machine and dish washer .
I have a spiral staircase leading down to the kitchen which may not be suitable for some.
There is a garden out the back with a seating area and a chimenea when the weather permits.
I am 10 minutes walk from the Broadway with local shops and banks and a bus route which runs every 10 minutes to the city. Fort Stamford health club is 5 minutes drive away. Jennycliff is only 5 minutes drive away also Mount Battern with access over to the Barbican via the water taxi.
I am an easy going person who would respect your privacy as I hope you would respect mine. I do however enjoy board games and cards and it would be nice on occasion to share an evening if you would like to.
I enjoy the local health club and attend Pilates and Yoga classes and keep relatively fit by cycling, swimming and walking.
I am looking for a friendly , quiet and considerate house mate who preferably works 9-5 as I am at home most of the day.
