Advertising a double room within my property for someone who is a professional, respectful and relaxed. I’m a live in landlord that works full time. I like to be able to relax after work and enjoy a stress free environment.

The room is well lit and at the front of the house. Consists of a modern feel, with double bed, brand new bedding and towels, wardrobe, 43 inch smart TV, bedside table and EITHER a desk with chair or a comfy chair (I’ll let you decide which you’d prefer on viewing).

Bathroom & kitchen will be the shared areas. You’ll have plenty of fridge/cupboard space in the kitchen, and also the bathroom for your items.

The room is £600 a month, with a £200 deposit.
The property is council tax band C.
All bills included in the £600, including council tax and sky broadband.
On street parking.
Garden may be used when I’m not home.

The property is located in a lovely area, within a short distance from Wembury and Bovisand beaches.
Roughly 2 miles from Plymouth city centre.
Bus stop less than 1 minute away.

I have a little black cat called Alfie, who can get in and out at his own leisure with a microchipped catflap. So you must be kind and like animals. Naturally he will not be allowed to go in your bedroom.
