We are a friendly professional couple looking to rent out an immaculate, spacious, double en suite room in our beautiful new home.
We are ideally located for the Met office (12 mins) The Science Park (10 mins) DCH (8 mins) and the airport (not on the flight path) It takes 10 mins to reach Exeter Central by train.
The room is private and quiet and has wonderful views over open countryside. The double bed is brand new and has Designers Guild bedding. There is a TV available if required and use of the home gym is included as is Wifi, broadband and use of the washing machine.
The towels are from White Company.
We have a cleaner weekly and a bedding change service can be arranged if you don't have time to do this yourself.
The room is available from Monday to Friday only and would suit a professional working away from home.
