Lovely Double Bedroom Near Exeter Airport

I have a good sized double bedroom available to rent in my three bedroom house in Cranbrook, near Exeter Airport.
The room will be available from late January/early February. I am a professional 27 year old female and am often out at work so looking for somebody in a similar situation.
New housemate MUST be animal friendly and aware of their safety as I have a small dog and an indoor cat, both of whom are very friendly and love company and cuddles!
Deposit will be required upon deciding you would like the room, and will be refunded upon leaving providing the room is still in good condition!
I do work shifts at different hours so am constantly coming and going, ao I'm ideally looking for someone chatty and happy to share kitchen etc but also happy to have their own space!!
I have another smaller double room if preferred for £330pcm, photos can be requested if needed. It is currently not finished but can be in a matter of days if needed. Although it is a small double room I will only be putting a single bed in this bedroom.
Only one of the two bedrooms can be let as I need to have one or the other spare.
Please note these rooms are only available for up to 6 months.
