Great location for access to M5, A30, Exeter Airport, Met office etc. My house is a 5 minute walk to a bus stop to go to the city and towards East Devon, and also Cranbrook train station

A bit about me - I have created a welcoming space where I can relax, but I am a social butterfly and am often out of the house. I enjoy paddleboarding, netball and being active, but also enjoy a glass of wine at the pub!
I like my house to be looked after and kept clean and tidy, so it’s really important that you have those values too
