Double Room in Central Seaton- Female Household

Hey! I’m Lauren, 27, and I’m looking for a flatmate to share my 2-bedroom home in the heart of Seaton — just minutes from the beach.

Who I'm Looking For:

I’d love to find someone who’s tidy, considerate, and easygoing, someone who wants to help create a relaxed, welcoming home.

Ideally, you’re a young professional who enjoys a chat over dinner or the occasional trip to the pub, but also appreciates a calm, comfortable space to unwind.

I’d prefer someone who works a typical 9–5 and doesn’t work from home full-time, but I’m open to being flexible for the right person.

The Flat:

It’s a centrally located 2-bedroom flat in the center of Seaton, all on the ground floor. The flat has neutral interiors, a semi open-plan living space, big shower bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of room for cooking and dining.

There’s no garden, but we’re just a 2-minute walk from the beach, so the outdoors is right on our doorstep!

There’s one private parking space, so you’ll need to look into a permit through the council if you have a car.

The room available is a fully furnished double, bright and comfortable, with plenty of space to make it your own.

Move in date is very flexible and can be as soon as possible.

Rent & Bills:

Rent: £400 per month
Bills: Around £229 per month (breakdown available)

Bills may vary slightly, but I’ll always keep you updated in advance.

About Me:

I work full-time in marketing, mainly from home. I’m friendly, sociable, and love a glass of wine and a good chat after work, but I also really value downtime and respect people’s space.

Outside of work, I love cooking, tennis, running, reading, shopping, and trying out new restaurants and pubs. I’m active and social, but also enjoy chilled evenings at home.
