House to yourself 80% of the time - wrangaton

I've got a modern two-bed mid-terrace in Wrangaton, South Devon - a quiet hamlet between Ivybridge and South Brent, right on the edge of Dartmoor.

I live and work abroad so you'd have the house to yourself for long stretches at a time. I'm only back when I need to be in the office in Exeter or when visiting friends / family.

When I'm back I'd use the small bedroom and keep out of your way.

To give you a rough idea of how this year looks:

- House to yourself from now until mid-May
- Shared for a few weeks through May/June
- House to yourself again other than a few weeks in September
- Back for a few weeks over Christmas (where I'd likely be staying with family anyway)

So realistically you'd have the place to yourself the vast majority of the time.

The house
Spacious living room, modern open-plan kitchen diner with double patio doors out to the garden, downstairs WC and storage under the stairs. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms — the master has two built-in double wardrobes — and a family bathroom with shower over bath. There's also a loft space that could work great as either a movie room, guest bedroom or office.

Outside there's a patio garden with a shed, and two allocated parking spaces.

You're welcome to make the place your own — completely open to you redecorating and putting your stamp on it. Available furnished or unfurnished. Bills split 50/50.
