The property is a large three bed townhouse with shared kitchen and lounge. The space is bright and large, and an enjoyable place to be. The house is located in Staddiscombe, near the petrol station and Coop, which is very convenient.
The room is a very large double with plenty of room for furniture in addition to a large bed. The family bathroom, next door, will be for sole use of the tenant.
The room is currently furnished, however, if you wish to bring your own furniture I am happy to discuss.
I live with my cat, who is very friendly, and loves other people, but unfortunately does struggle with other animals. Small pets may be possible, if they can be kept safely in the room only, however, I cannot have additional dogs or cats etc.
Council tax is band D, and will be included in the price of the rent alongside other bills. There is a maximum limit of gas and electric, over which additional payment may be required.
