I’m looking for someone to share my lovely 4-bed detached home in the heart of Stoke Gabriel – a friendly, vibrant riverside village on the River Dart.

The room is a bright, airy double with built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers, and you’ll have sole use of your own shower room. The room (and bathroom) are on the entire top floor of the house, so it feels very private.

Downstairs there’s a relaxed shared living space and a new, well-equipped kitchen with double ovens, built-in microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and even an air fryer.

There is a small utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer .

Outside is a large garden with seating and eating areas – perfect in the summer. There’s off-road parking for one car, plus garage space for bikes, paddleboards or sports kit.

Stoke Gabriel is a gorgeous riverside village with loads going on – yoga classes, a sailing club, good pub and cafe, and direct access to the River Dart, making it ideal for SUP, kayaking and sailing.

A bit about me: I’m a professional woman, very sporty and often out, and I’m away a lot of weekends, so the house is generally calm and quiet. I’m looking for someone easy-going, respectful and independent who’ll enjoy the space and the village.
