The house is a modern three story townhouse located in popular Stonehouse area close to bus routes, train station in walking distance and ideally located for anyone working within the dockyard or wanting to be close to Plymouth centre or the university.

The top floor consists of 1 large double bedrooms with large entrance area which can be used by person renting for extra storage, your 1 large room comes with a double bed, bedside table, lamp, wardrobe, draws and shelve unit.

Middle floor has The bathroom which features a large Shower. The other double room which is mine and a smaller SpareRoom.

The house has; high speed fibre optic internet; large shared kitchen; combined washing machine and some free street parking mainly in the evenings, or there is parking a short walk away, or you can get a permit for £30 a year that you would need to get through the council if you need it. There is also a courtyard leading off the kitchen with seating area and washing line.

It is just myself and my very friendly 11 month old Black Labrador that lives in the house (I’m 37). My hobbies are mainly fitness and anything outdoors, but also enjoy good cooking and wine.
