Double Room Available in Central Plymouth – £560/month (All Bills Included)

Hi, I’m Abiella (35) – working freelance in events, photography and production. I live in an Edwardian townhouse called Eton Mess in Stonehouse with Erris (27) - works for Great Western Rail, and Zara (25) a freelance illustrator. We are looking for people to house share our cosy, colourful and creative home, located just 3 minutes’ walk from the train station in the heart of Plymouth.

I have one double room available, which is furnished with a bed, clothes rail, shelves, Chest of drawers and side table. Rent is £560 per month, and this includes all bills and fast WiFi.

The House
• Shared kitchen, dining room, living room, and garage/courtyard
• Two indoor shower rooms and one outdoor toilet (3 toilets in total)
• Large fridge and freezer with decent storage space
* On street parking with resident permits

I strive to be eco-conscious, sourcing cleaning products from the local refill shop, Jar. The house is kept tidy, with everyone doing their part to ensure a clean and pleasant environment.

I smoke outside only, especially when I have a drink, but we maintain a strict non-smoking policy inside the house.

About us:
We love cooking and hosting dinner parties. We’re mostly vegetarian, but open to all diets – though excessive meat cooking wouldn’t be great. It’s a relaxed, sociable household, but we also respect each other’s space. The house isn’t a big party house, but we do enjoy occasional get-togethers or celebrations for special occasions.

Our interests include live music, camping, and swimming - so we’re often out on outdoor adventures, art, theatre and food.

Who we’re Looking For:
We are looking for a young professional (25-45) who is sociable, creative, and enjoys outdoor activities and adventures. If you’re looking for a friendly, active home, we’d love to hear from you!
We would consider friendly cat that would thrive in a social house.
