We have a large Double Room available for rent in a modern 4 bedroom house. The bedroom is on the top floor and is very spacious. It is unfurnished but can be part furnished if required. Use of a shared kitchen and lounge/conservatory. All other parts of the house and garden/garage are also shared and available to all tennants. The house has washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher all available and a large shared fridge/freezer. The house has unlimited broadband included. All other bills also included.
We are looking for a mature individual and someone who is friendly and able to live with others. Smokers are welcome but will need to smoke outside. Pets are also welcome but will need to be discussed with myself before a decision is made, to see if they'd be suitable for the current residents (2 small dogs and a cat). References are preferable but not 100% nessecarry and proof of earnings will be needed.
