Looking for another flatmate to share my lovely chilled flat in the heart of Teignmouth.

Location: adjacent to all shops, two streets from the beach, less than 5 mins from train station (main line).

Rooms: They are an excellent size, very light, and have tall ceilings. Bedroom 1 is currently available. It is furnished with a double bed, desk with chair, and a bedside unit. Wardrobe can be sorted if required.

Flat: there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms a large lounge/diner and a decent kitchen. It’s been relatively newly decorated in my very personal version of eclectic-contemporary! All rooms are light and airy with large windows and tall ceilings. We also have some great houseplants. The flat is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift.

Me/Tenants: I currently live at the flat. I’m pretty chilled and am looking for a sociable vibe, but not a party one. I’m very keen to keep the flat in good condition, clean and tidy (though I’m not fastidious about it). My other flatmate is Zac, a super easy-going guy. I’m afraid ‘no smoking’ and ‘no pets’ are absolutes.

Utilities: the rent indicated is without bills, which vary per season: until April, these are £129.42 pcm (this reflects the hideous energy cost rises, I don't make a penny on bills), and are likely to be around £105pcm in Summer. The bills payment includes; Council Tax (Band A), gas (central heating, hot water and cooking), electric, water/sewage and fibre broadband. There’s no TV licence..
