Double furnished bedroom in gorgeous home

We have decided to rent out one of our double bedrooms rooms through the winter.
During the summer we have started to rent out for short term stays so are used to new people being around our home.
We are a 20minute drive to RD&E or Torbay hospital. 15-20minute walk to Teignmouth train station and town.
We have a large home with beautiful large kitchen with all utensils, pans etc.
Shared main bathroom, however we have an en-suite so rarely use the main bathroom.
Great outdoor space with large patio to the front and lawn with decking etc out the back.
The room comes furnished with a double bed, bedsides, dressing table and wardrobes.
We have renovated to a high standard and would like a tenant who is clean, tidy and respects our home.
We have 2 house cats and a guide dog puppy so being an animal lover is essential!
We love to socialise and have friends over but also work hard. We don’t have typical Monday to Friday 9-5 jobs so can come and go throughout the weekday and weekends. There may also be day time sleeping after night shifts.
