Furnished room with TV point, and super fast broadband / wifi access, and comfortable quality furnishings, just a 7 minute walk from Teignmouth station.

A change of plans means that the room is realistically only available after February 2024 as there are various commitments on it over the December /January period.

It would be great if you're fond of cats as he is top of the pecking order in the household.

There's gym just two minutes walk away if that's important to you although a walk up and down the hill everyday will probably provide most of the exercise you need!

You can be confident the house will be warm - something to consider for the winter months.

The room is available from early March for single occupation, for non-smokers only.
What matters most is that you're the right person for me to share with. I want an easy-going happy household where we can have a chat and share a cuppa together, but not be in each other's pockets. Whilst the room for rent doesn't have an en-suite bathroom, there are 2 bathrooms and one of those would be exclusively for your use.

It's a modern kitchen with granite worktops, range style cooker, dining conservatory, and garden with decking and sea views, along with use of the washing machine and tumble dryer. Would be nice to share with a female for a change, but I don't really mind.

Sorry, but this room is for single, working, non-smoking people only, without pets, working regular daytime hours and without nocturnal habits.
Short or longer term available and Monday to Friday lets considered.

I want to be upfront and say that if there's another energy increase in April 2024, I will need to increase the rent a bit towards this. It would only be a £30 increase but I'd rather you knew in advance that it might be necessary. Council tax band B.
All bills are included and I'd like references for my own security please.
