Current sharer is the homeowner plus one Indian male and one Indian female.
Gas central heating, broadband. Kitchen has an electric fan oven and gas hob. Facilities include washing machine and dryer.
Short term letting a possibility. £120 per week. Inclusive of all bills (council tax, gas, electric, water, broadband). £250 returnable deposit. Rent due monthly in advance. An agreement will be provided on you occupying the room.
Dedicated parking available at low cost annual permit (c.£60 per yr) within 50 meters, there is also adequate parking within neighbouring side streets.
Located within easy walking distance of Tiverton town centre, the hospital and Morrison supermarket.
The bus and coach station is a 5 minute walk. The mainline train station is located just outside of town and accessible via taxi or bus.
Excellent access by car to junction 27 of the M5 which is c.10 minutes by dual carriageway providing good access to Exeter/Taunton. The distance to Exeter University is 14 miles and 25 minutes.
The town centre, multiple parks, sports centres, pool, supermarket, riverside walks, football club, rugby clubs and restaurants are all comfortably within walking distance.
