Double Room in Central Tiverton available now

first floor double room

A double room has just become available in my Victorian Terraced house in central Tiverton. It is a clean first floor room with double glazing and large window. Use of lounge kitchen conservatory area, wifi, washing machine and i have multiple fridges , microwaves and kettles etc. Suitable for single occupancy. Garden is pretty and walled and is used by a couple of other houses too, but owned by me. I am rarely there but have a room there. I would prefer a male housemate between 24 and 45 and preferably a non smoker and working full time. The two gentleman housemates currently in residence are slovakian, quiet and very nice, tidy and a pleasure to have in the house.
