Exterior

We have a double room available in the old part of Topsham, very close to the quay and estuary.. Short let’s and Monday to Friday also considered.
We are a relaxed professional household and have a free room due to our adult children leaving home.
We also have a cat and medium sized friendly dog.
We are looking for a lodger either mid week or full time and will be happy to discuss flexible arrangements.

The room is unavailable for part of June;; therefore we can offer short let’s up to 2 months until June; however the room will be fully available again from July onwards.

The accommodation would ideally suit an independent professional or mature student of any age.
We are both busy working much of the time but are friendly and welcoming and would enjoy a catch up now and then over a coffee or glass of wine
All amenities close by including bus, train, shops and topsham quay
