The double room is on the back of the house overlooking the garden with king size bed and is next door to the shared bathroom with shower and bath. The room has blackout curtains which make the room perfect for anyone sleeping for nights or long shifts. Currently there is a bedside table and small drawers but eventually will have wardrobe and drawers also. There is a large shared living room and large shared kitchen/diner with cupboard space available to you and you are welcome to use both the kitchen, and laundry facilities which are kept in the garage.
There is a large garden and the owner has rabbits and guinea pigs which live outside.
There is plenty of on street parking available alongside the house which is not parking permit limited.
Looking preferably for a professional female non smoker, employed or mature student.
You will be sharing with a full time hospital employee, who works shifts and therefore often the house is very quiet!
All bills included - gas electric water council tax wifi.
Will have single room available shortly for shorter term stays also
