Currently the room contains a large double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, small tv and sofa bed but I’m flexible to add or remove furniture as required.
Use of recently refurbished shared bathroom, bath and shower included. Use of kitchen and living room with full sky tv package including movies and sports.
All bills included, no other occupants in house just me.
I do have a cat who is very friendly.
