We have just one room available in Morgan Avenue, the perfect location for walking into town and the shops. This room would suit a single older person who enjoys the company of other older respectful tenants. We have a lovely secluded garden at the rear of the house to relax and enjoy the sun in.

We are strictly a non smoking house but if you smoke then use our outside area provided.
Our current tenants ages range from late 20's - late 60's. They're sociable friendly people so we're looking for someone who would fit in an be respectful to others.

The house itself went through a major refurbishment at the end of 2019 so virtually everything is new, clean and a pleasure to live in.

Parking is available in the street and close by.
