We have apartments available for Short Lets through to May/June. Clydesdale Apartments are located 200m from the seafront and town centre. Prices are inclusive of all bills. Apartment 3 = £300.
We accept 35+ working or retired tenants and are unfortunately unable to accept pets or benefits. The owner is on site and ensures the property is place to live.
Each apartment comes with a parking space. A communal coin operated laundry is available. Timed central heating. High speed broadband included.
2 weeks initial rent required, thereafter rent paid weekly with a 2 week notice period.
