My partner and I are renting out a room in our modern three bedroom, three bathroom semi detached house. The occupant will have a private, spacious bathroom next to the bedroom with a bath, shower and toilet. The bedroom will come furnished with a double bed including bedding, a large chest of drawers and clothes rails. Private parking is also available on the drive. We also have a spacious garden. We are tidy, respectful and easy going and have previously rented out the room long term. The occupant will need to be comfortable with dogs as we have a lovely cocker spaniel and miniature daschund.
