Large furnished double room in Torquay

Recently moved into a new property and looking to rent out one of the spare rooms.
It’s a huge attic room with bathroom adjacent to it, both recently renovated.
It comes furnished and I have a small sofa bed to put in the room if required.
It’s not technically en suite so I haven’t advertised it as such but you would essentially have sole purpose of the attic bathroom (except maybe the odd weekend where I might have guests staying).
I’m from Torquay. I moved back a year ago after being in London for 10 years. I work in Finance (from home most of the time). I have 4 pets (2 dogs/2 cats) so must like animals! But they won’t be allowed in the room so no problems there!
I don’t have a parking space for a lodger but there’s plenty of street parking outside the property.
I can be flexible on move in date. Please let me know if you’d like to come and view.
