Looking for a lodger to move into my furnished double room in Torquay, potentially by the end of March.

Based in Torquay, near main bus (12/23) and train routes, and close to the town centre and Torbay Hospital.

Part/full-time employment preferred (will consider those on Universal Credit if working part-time)
Non-smoker preferred (vaping is acceptable)
Must be comfortable with an indoor cat
Will look to add a lodgers agreement
I am not much of a cook but always happy to give it a try, I enjoy watching tv and gaming, I am reading a lot. I don't drink but I don't begrudge people who do. I do have my child stay with me part time during the week.
