I am a professional male in my 20s working full time and doing shift work in healthcare.

I have a double room with built-in storage that you can use if you wish. A wardrobe and 3-drawer chest of drawers are also in the room, which can be removed if not used.

Use of bathroom, fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, gas oven and air fryers, open plan lounge/diner and a further room at the front of the property looking out onto the street, currently used as a study/office space. Sunny rear patio with BBQ and LazySpa and a similar front patio.

The house is semi-modern and forms part of an old terraced Victorian street on a residential road in central Torquay. Well served by the local bus and within walking distance of the coach station and town centre.

On-street parking is available outside the house, with ample available within a minute's walk. Local corner shops, Chinese takeaway and other amenities are a stone's throw away.

Ideal for an individual in full-time employment ideally a professional due to my line of work in healthcare. Often find myself away from home due to shifts and other commitments, so ideal if you wish for a quiet isolated room to rent with a large open-plan space to use.

The room is available to view immediately due to a change in circumstances.

A deposit of £350 will secure the room and will be refunded in full or taken off the last month's rent, whichever is preferred. Rent is payable in advance, but can then be paid on agreed terms (weekly, fortnightly, monthly).
