Short -term (1-3months) rental opportunity for the right person / people.

This property has sold, and due to complete in 2-3 months.

This is in a top floor flat (though it's private access from the rest of the properties). The whole flat is unfurnished as I have moved everything out.

Access to shared kitchen with washing machine and fridge freezer.

Double room an ensuite and wardrobe.

I'm looking for a quiet, tidy, and easy going individual.

Must like (or at least tolerate) dogs, as I have a well behaved one. I would consider a well behaved quiet dog (s) also if they are quiet and housetrained - I have a communal garden, but it is not for pets to use the toilet in and therefore must be walked at the park at the bottom of the hill.


There is a single parking space.

No smokers please.

All bills except energy included.
