The double room to rent

We have a lovely room available with a double bed and wall to wall fitted wardrobes overlooking the beautiful Warberries area of Torquay, in our sunny apartment near the harbour, shops and local beaches. The apartment has wi-fi/broadband, washing machine, easy parking and lots of space. The kitchen diner and the bathroom are shared. There is no shared lounge. The environment is very tranquil, with lots of birdsong. We are not party people, we sometimes have small gatherings and barbecues in good weather but we are generally a quiet but friendly household. The apartment itself is spacious and modern, and all the bills are included. There is a £100 deposit when you move in and rent weekly in advance please. We have a chilled friendly cat called Mojo, and we have one roommate and myself, the landlady.
