Totnes big double bed / ensuite & fibre optic

Double bedroom

Hello! We're a family with a 6-year old daughter and 4-year old son living in central Totnes. We're looking for an easygoing person to come and join our household! It's vital for the security and health of the children that there is no smoking or drinking inside. This is a strict non-negotiable.

For all those digital nomads, we've just had Virgin Media fibre optic installed. It's fast and reliable at 350 MBP. Great for working from home!

The double bedroom is very spacious and comfortable with sweeping views of the Devon countryside. It comes with a double wardrobe and king sized bed with new memory foam mattress as well as a brand new under counter fridge. There is also a large separate bathroom (see shower room image) with rain shower, WC, sink and heated mirror with shaving outlet for your exclusive use.

Shared use of the kitchen downstairs whenever you need to cook, fully fitted and with all modern appliances as well as a woodburner. As a family with young children we try our best to keep on top of the housework, but we'd like someone who understands what it's like to live with little ones.

The lounge has a comfy sofa and armchairs and a bespoke cabinet with smart TV and Netflix. The garden / decking is out to the back via the French doors. On-street parking available and the high street is a very short walk away. The street itself is in a wonderful, quiet cul-de-sac and all the neighbours are amazing!

Rich works in finance from home and likes cycling and salsa. Grace is a therapist, interested in meditation and dancing Lindy Hop. We are usually ready to crash on the sofa after kiddy bed time and watch Netflix.

Utilities all included but you would make a contribution to the Council Tax (Band D).
