Double bedroom

Hello! We're a family with an almost 6-year old daughter and 3-year old son living in central Totnes. We're looking for an easygoing, preferably vegetarian or pescetarian non-smoker to come and join our household!

The double bedroom is very spacious and comfortable with sweeping views of the Devon countryside and sits separately from the other bedrooms on its own floor. It comes with a double wardrobe and king sized bed with new memory foam mattress. There is also a large separate bathroom with rain shower, WC, sink and heated mirror with shaving outlet.

Shared use of the kitchen downstairs whenever you need to cook, fully fitted and with all modern appliances as well as a woodburner. As a family with young kids we try our best to keep on top of the housework, but we'd like someone who understands what it's like to live with little ones.

The lounge has a comfy sofa and armchairs and a bespoke cabinet with smart TV and Netflix. The garden / decking is out to the back via the French doors. On-street parking available and the high street is a very short walk away. The street itself is in a wonderful, quiet cul-de-sac and all the neighbours are amazing!

Rich works in Finance from home and likes cycling. Grace is a therapist, interested in meditation and dancing Lindy Hop. We are usually ready to crash on the sofa after kiddy bed time and watch Netflix.

Council Tax (Band D) included but you would make a contribution to the utilities.
