Double room on Totnes Highstreet

Hello :)

We have a room available in our apartment on the high street from next month, starting 14th April.

Available for a 6 month contract, possible to stay and extend after this.

We live on Totnes High Street, and you will join me and my friend Rowan.

We are gentle and fun people, both in our mid twenties. We are social and enjoy our own space as well, we love to cook and spend time in the kitchen together, and also go out on little adventures.

The room is lovely and spacious with lots of natural light. We share a kitchen/living room, and 1 bathroom with a shower.

There is also a garden that leads up to Totnes castle. It is a sun trap on sunny days.

Important note: we are neighbours to the barrel house, so it can be noisy sometimes. This would best suit someone who wouldn't mind occasional sounds from the pub garden and gigs next door.

Otherwise the flat is often very lovely and calm, with the town buzzing by below us.
