Double room in friendly home

Good sized double room available in a light, spacious and friendly three-bed house in Bridgetown, Totnes. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers etc, indoor and outdoor storage space, and has a view over the garden at the back.
The house is a 1970s semi with gardens back and front, a lovely kitchen/diner, living room and a glorious view over Totnes and Dartmoor. It’s not posh, but a quiet and relaxed place to live. The centre of Totnes is about a 15 minute walk away down the hill, and there is plenty of off and on-street parking.
You’d be sharing with two women - Robin (the owner) and Nicky. We’re both in our 40s and enjoy hanging out, cooking and the outdoors, care about the environment, going out to the pub/dancing/improv, but also value being quiet at home.
Ideally looking for long-term lets, but willing to consider short-term, as the most important thing is finding someone who fits and feels right.
