Double room in town centre

Cosy lounge

Good sized double room in a cosy bookish house by the castle, top of Totnes. Despite being a few seconds' walk to the High Street, it's a very quiet house, with a wood burner.

Although no parking, there is scope to park behind my car with prior arrangement.

All bills included.

Share kitchen, bathroom - and lounge (when I'm not around), but also I'm up for occasional movie / food sharing nights.

Would suit a quiet professional, arty person, someone not looking to have lots of guests or parties! Occasional guests by prior arrangement is fine.

I'm a writer, so tend to work from home.
