Large double room available in beautiful Victorian house in Jubilee Road, Totnes.

The bedroom is on the top floor and has south-facing sash window and east-facing casement window. It can be supplied with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk if required.

The house has two bathrooms (one with shower on the top floor, one with bath and shower on the first floor), plus a toilet on the ground floor.

There is a large living room with open fireplace, kitchen dining room with gas stove, electric double oven, and washing machine. There is a large garden with clothes line, seating by a fire pit and westerly views across Totnes. There is unrestricted street parking directly outside the house.

I will be away a lot, so the two lodgers will effectively be sharing the whole house with each other.

Rent includes council tax (band D) and unlimited broadband (~15mbps). Water, gas and electricity charged extra, based on usage. I estimate this would be maximum £60 extra per person per month.
