Double sized, furnished en-suite room for a female single lodger who works away in our modern family home with garden available now. £650 per month including all bills (sorry no pets). In a quiet residential location high up in Follaton with beautiful views next the Arboretum 1 mile from Totnes high street with free parking next to our house. You would have your own fridge and share use of a full equipped kitchen. You’d be sharing with myself (Primary teacher) and my 11 year old child and our toy poodle dog. We rarely prepare meat and are pretty quiet, enjoying crafting, baking, card games etc.., wildlife and outdoor active adventures.
